Congratulations to our Year 11 on their fantastic GCSE results.
It is wonderful to see all their hard work duly rewarded. Almost half (48.6%) of grades were 9-8, which has leapt up from 40.8% last year. 8 students celebrated the remarkable achievement of straight 8/9s and 25 students gained 7s and above in every subject, which is higher than even pre-pandemic numbers. One student even managed to secure grade 9 in every subject!
These results reflect all the hard work and commitment that they have shown during their time at Old Palace, especially through this difficult year.
